Ultimate Workout Songs

So what are your favorites? If I'm running I love hearing "Roll With the Changes" by REO Speedwagon or "Runnin' on Empty" by Jackson Browne (cliche, I know). Lately though if I'm working out at home I'm loving "Remember the Name" by Fort Minor or "Till I Collapse" by Eminem. I'd love to expand my playlist though so share your favorites!

I mainly listen to Christian songs or country songs while working out. For a while I had that crazy song " WHAT DOES THE FOX SAY" on my Ipod. But then I realized I wasn't 11.

To get started running i always listen to "Lonesome Rider" by Volbeat, it has a fast beat and when I need to push I put on "Sound of Madness" or "Diamond Eyes" by Shinedown

I like to put on Daft Punk's 'Alive' album while I'm on the treadmill. Very intense and helps me zone out completely

My favourite workout songs are a weird mix. Here's a sample:

    Animals - Martin Garrix
Dance Yrself Clean - LCD Soundsystem (if I time it right it's perfect for C25K)
Beat the Devil's Tattoo - Black Rebel Motorcycle Club
    Wrong - Depeche Mode
    Madonna - Gangbang
    Cannibal - Ke$ha
Remember the Name - Fort Minor
Eye of the Tiger - Survivor
Hotel Yorba - The White Stripes
    The Trooper - Iron Maiden
  • I just made a playlist of songs on my MP3 player that have between 125 and 145 bpm. That gave me about 450 songs, so I'm now just working out to that and occasionally kicking out songs that I don't think really work.

Clutch - Elephant Riders (Whole Album)

Change of Seasons - Dream Theater is a long (20+min) song with lots of time changes good for stationary bike/treadmill/elliptical.

If you're on spotify, they have a really good workout playlist that they update weekly. I usually take the songs I like from that and put them into my own playlist.

Here is the link to my spotify playlist. Not sure this'll work, but here goes:
