    Can't agree more. Though I do bike, swim, and other things, walking is still my primary form of activity (at 4mph). It is easy and you can do it anywhere! How great is that?!

    I've lost the majority of my weight so far obviously by eating less but walking has been my main exercise ????

    Well,yes, walking is great and I try to do some every day.

    But I'm glad I can drive and I have a car too - sometimes walking is too slow and distances are too far. :wink:
