Hi everyone! I have what may be a stupid question. I was trying to add my weight training exercise and it doesn't show any calories when I input the exercises. Does anyone know how to add the calories burned? Thanks!

Enter under Cardiovascular and search for Strength training (weight lifting, weight training) and MFP will provide a calories burned estimate.0

I have tried this as well, but is it just me or are the estimated calories burned a little bloated? I would just suggest caution in eating those calories back unless your workout is quite intense.0
