About 4 months and 50lbs down!

Hello everyone!
So I have been using MFP and losing weight for about 4 months I thought I would add some photos to show myself a comparison and also to let myself know im nearly there. I started at 284 and as of this morning I am at 239.4. I am looking to get down to 200 so im halfway there!

Im not done but getting really close.
Also if anyone wanted to add my on here that would be awesome! Im great at logging but my friends list could get a raise haha!

I have mainly being doing a 5 day split for my weight training. I have recently started adding in some cardio sessions as well. I think the biggest part of my weight loss has been my diet. I have cut out almost all wheat and sugars and just really been focused on my portions and eating the right amount at the right time.1 -
