Weight loss coments

I have been using this program for 2 months now and the weight is melting off.Howevever 3 people at my work comented that I am loosing weight which made me feel great. The third person asked me if I was losing weight in front of other people so it made me feel akward.I smilled and say yes.It was great feeling that my hard work is being noticed.I have only lost 12 pounds since I started this program and I am 5'3 so I guess the weight loss shows more .So do you like it when people comment on your Weight loss?

Congrats! Based on your bikini pic- you've pretty much met your goal? Good for you.

Oh I absolutely love it when people comment. It's those NSVs that make the frustration bearable when I think the scale should be moving along faster than it does.

As long as the comments don't go overboard or sound like a backhanded compliment, I love them. It's definitely encouraging when someone notices, as long as the comments are along the lines of "You're doing great!" or "I can really tell you've been working hard!" and not "You're looking so much better!" LOL

It does make me feel good and make my day/week, but sometimes it could make me feel self conscious. Like "OMG you've lost soooo much weight". I'm thinking damn, what the hell kind of cow did I look like before. Or when people mention it in front of others who hang out with me every day but didn't notice and they kind of try to get a look - like looking at those stereograms. I dunno. The most important things are that I notice in the mirror , on the scale, and during my gym performance / everyday life. Anything else is either icing or could make me a tad uncomfortable

I just don't like people commenting on my weight- big or small. Nowadays, that seems to be the ONLY thing people want to talk to me about. I am not my weight.
