I recently lost about 44 lbs and Im still a tad fat in my eyes but whenever i use these online body fat percentage calculators, they tell me my body fat is between 19%- 25%. and im about 244 pounds. However i have a very defined upper body huge chest and shoulders and very diamond calves too, and probably 14 inch biceps and quite defined triceps. My waist is a 39, and my hip 47. All the fat is in my lower body, thighs and butt. How do i get an accurate measure of my body fat so i can know how much moreweight to loose cuz i simply dont believe my body fat is between 19 and 25 percent.
Thanks
P.S I'm african (Nigerian 2 be precise)

Talk to your doctor. There are other, more accurate ways to measure body fat.0

Some method's will just give you a rough idea for tracking.

I would say #2 and #3 are the two least accurate ways to determine body fat %. However they can give you a general idea if your body fat is going up or down over time. #4 and #5 are probably the most accurate, but can be expensive. #1 is more accurate than #2&3, but less accurate than #4&5.
List:
1) Skin Fold Caliper
2) Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (scales/handheld devices)
3) Anthropometric (measuring tape)
4) Hydrostatic Weighing
5) DEXA Scan0
