Hi! I am back on Fitness pal after almost a year hiatus. My last time up here I was able to lose over 30 pounds. I am back to try and shed 50-60 pounds. I am hoping to get back to my cleaner eating habits and lower calories foods. Also hoping to start exercising again. I used to 6 days a week. Laziness caught up with me and I am gaining weight again. Ahhhh!
