Help Me Get Healthy

I am a 32 yo married mother of one. I have never really struggled with weight until about two years ago. I have joined MyFitnessPal so that I can keep a food diary, eat well planned meals, find fellow cheerleaders, and build my confidence. I would like to lose about 25-30 lbs. I am interested in setting weight loss goals as well as exercise goals. Please feel free to offer any guidance, support, or advice that you may have to offer. I am ready to make changes, but I know that it is better if I have a support group. This is going to be a worthwhile, yet difficult journey.
