I am a Community care assistant, 4 evenings a week.
So from 4:30pm to 9:30pm I'm in a out of my car, dressing and undressing patients, runnning around etc etc.
Do you think i should set myself as Active or Little active?

Probably sounds more like active to me. Lightly active examples were given as people on their feet all day, I'm guessing not necessarily doing physical work
Try it out for a month or two and see what you think?0 -
I would consider that active seeing as you are doing cardio work with running around and lifting to help patients I imagine.0
