I have posted not that long ago about my journey from 245-194 but I just found the dress that matches my fat photo. So a comparison was in order right? Well here are the results of me being a good girl and working my *kitten* off literally! Pretty excited to lose another 35 lbs knowing that I have already come this far.

I know many people have lost more than me and in shorter time, but this picture was worth every minute on that elliptical or lifting weights. It was even worth all the salads I used to hate but now love. Thank you knee for hurting one day last December to let me know my body had enough and was done with being overweight and exhausted. Here's to everyone on their journey to being a bad *kitten*!

I am so happy to inspire people but a few of you have added me asking what the secret is to my success. To be honest it's all the stuff you already know and a lot of hard work on top of it but its worth. Don't let set backs bring you down and enjoy the whole journey. That's all I got but feel free to add me and we can help each other out!

I totally agree with what you said about pictures being motivating - especially when it can be hard to see the small changes on a daily basis. I didn't take my first picture until about a month into my journey because I felt so awful about how I looked, but now I wish I had that day one picture. :)
    Congrats again!

    Congrats, well done.
My knee pain was what got me serious about weight loss as well.
I'm down 10 lbs so far and am trying to take it one day at a time.
I still have a way to go yet but am determined to get there.

AWESOME JOB! Don't compare yourself to someone else! You're doing amazingggg. Keep it up. As for me, I've only lost 23 lbs in over a year, but it's 23 less pounds than I'm carrying around. I'm ok with that and you should be happy with what youve accomplished as well. Keep up the good work!

Well that dress and picture comparison sums it all up. You look great..and could even put a white belt on that little number and rock that dress to a another level.

    You look awesome!!!
