I can't live without my Mortar and Pestle. Thanks to my mom, I have a lot of respect for spices and I'm always experimenting with them.0

My coffee maker. It's a cheap Mr. Coffee, but a coffee maker is the only appliance in my kitchen where I have replaced a broken coffeemaker within hours of discovering it was broken.
I don't think I'd have the same sense of urgency with any other appliance...except maybe the fridge.0

I got my kitchenaid as a high school graduation gift, oddly enough.
A decade+ later after sustained hard use making bread dough and sausage and everything else you could imagine, its still in like new running order. My grandmother had one before I was even born, and my mother is still using it. One of the last truly high quality products we can still believe in. Love the thing.0

Oddly enough it's an electric kettle my mom's friend got me for Christmas one year, we use it at least twice a day. We use it to heat any and all water instead of the microwave. It takes longer but seems to heat the water better.0
