I can't live without my Mortar and Pestle. Thanks to my mom, I have a lot of respect for spices and I'm always experimenting with them.0

My coffee maker. It's a cheap Mr. Coffee, but a coffee maker is the only appliance in my kitchen where I have replaced a broken coffeemaker within hours of discovering it was broken.
I don't think I'd have the same sense of urgency with any other appliance...except maybe the fridge.0 -

I got my kitchenaid as a high school graduation gift, oddly enough.
A decade+ later after sustained hard use making bread dough and sausage and everything else you could imagine, its still in like new running order. My grandmother had one before I was even born, and my mother is still using it. One of the last truly high quality products we can still believe in. Love the thing.0 -

Oddly enough it's an electric kettle my mom's friend got me for Christmas one year, we use it at least twice a day. We use it to heat any and all water instead of the microwave. It takes longer but seems to heat the water better.0
