Had a chocolate lollipop! Lost it! :(

This week I didnt log in any food. I had no time but tried to watch it.
Then yesterday I was hungry very.. first I eaten whole white chocolate cookie then bread roll then soup! All at ones!I felt so sick that had to go to toilet and made myself sick. I had no mint tablets or anything.(of course I had breakfast lunch and dinner-this was like in between)
Today started well but then by afternoon had craving again after full healthy meal I was still hungry so ate grapefruit, but didnt help much had some chocolate lollipop- huge one, full of white choc and toffee bits- eaten full! I had 2 eggs and 2 brown bread toasties for breakfast, then salmon, asparagus and baked sweet potato for lunch and then snack- i made stuffed paprika with brown rice, mince meat, spinach-red chard, sweet potato etc. so I think I had enough carbs and protein for day.

I dont usually eat chocolate. I didn't exercise this week. Why do I get sweet cravings??

How often do you ''lose''? how much chocolate, cookies and normal sweets do you guys eat per week/day? I treid to have little sweet something a day, a small cube of chocolate or biscuit etc. but since being on diet for past 4 weeks I feel like my appetise gone higher and I got cravings for food I wouldn't normally eat.

I really tried to hold for for past 3 weeks but past 2 days been awful( im off weekends at home) so maybe that make it worst... please tell me you do get them too??

I eat sweets when I want sweets. I usually keep a box of milk duds or bag of gummies around because they have a pretty good weight-to-calorie payoff. I just make them fit into my calories for the day and if I go over I walk around a bit. For me it works out way better than trying to deny myself because then I will binge.

Well in other threads you said you've been eating only fruit for 3 days, and most days 1290 calories.

MAYBE if you ate more, you wouldn't have these cravings.

Then you wouldn't feel the need to post multiple threads on the same topic.

Talk to a professiona and work on your relationship with food.
Forcing yourself to vomit after eating is not a good thing and a sign of bulimia

^ absolutely this. However, I will say that we don't usually keep in the house the resources to treat myself a bit, so I will distract myself with study or high-burn chores. I find that if I work out before responding to a craving, said craving often diminishes or disappears. For instance, I would rather have gone out to breakfast before working out in public one morning, but had no time. I instead had to burn my own energy to work out, then got to replenish the stock, but found that I was less hungry than I'd been an hour ago. I don't know if that was healthy, but it sure felt good! Bona fide NSV, no?

But I actually get more cravings, and ending up eating more than 1200, I eat daily more than before the whole loosing weight thing,

You're being too restrictive with your calories.... of course your body is going to rebel and scream for more food. That's why you're eating more/craving food. That's your body's natural response to you trying to starve it of energy/calories.

    Again, seek help.

I never throw up before after food.

Normally If I had too much food I get mint tea or something to stop the bloating feeling.
I know if I wouldn't I would be in agony for the rest of the evening. I am not proud of myself but it was the only way to stop the bloating and feeling of to much food.

I didnt make sick because I felt I ate to many calories etc. no no. I make myself sick because otherwise i would be in agony for the rest of the evening. Now I am very careful not to eat to much. Apart fro today. I felt bloated again but i bought mint tablets in the morning so it helped.

I know what is bulimia and I am fa from it. Thank you anyway for advises. I will watch it out for not eating too much but cravings are to big.

I was on fastfood/ready meals before the whole diet thing. Always hungry but never had craving like that!! Now I have plenty of vegetables, brown rise, sweet potato brown pasta brown bread. Loads fruits, making my meals.. I actually didn't eat any fastfood ready meal for 4 weeks now. I dont drink sweet drinks or coke etc only green tea or water, plenty of water,

I initailly should eat 1200 but I am eding up eating far more because I cant eat less. I did 3 days detox thing on raw fruit and veg. I did feel better for 2 days after that. My cravings gone down but since I am back on normal food cravings are back ...

I wanna eat cholcolate or foods I have never tried before!! Maybe is a normal thing?? I didnt exercise for week so is not that i need more replacement etc.... I eat healthy!!! once in my life and seem like my body is screaming eat burger;//

I usually try to make healthy things with cottage cheese, peanut butter, MTS Whey Protein, Berries, Low fat Whipped Cream, etc. When I am cutting my determination is that of 1000 monks trying to protect McDonalds Big Mac sauce secret recipe, but when I am bulking.... well that I am bulking mentality can take over and drive my macros off a cliff occasionally, and when I go off the reservation, I go way off.

You just came off your 'fruit detox'. Based on the thread you made for that, it's highly doubtful you were eating more than 1200 calories, certainly not double that. As I said, that's your body's natural response to your restrictive dieting.

If you have bloating issues, the answer is not purging. Drink some water, take a probiotic, or even beano, and go for a short walk.
