            OK, Imma be the party pooper to tell you that it's not a good idea to ltry to lose 20 lbs in a month.
 Sure, the bday sounds like a nifty deadline, but the fact is we're talking about your long-term health here.
 Create a reasonable calorie deficit, exercise if you want, but all you really need to do is eat fewer calories than you burn.0
