I got this recipe from the a friend of mine very simple to make. Just takes some getting used to as far as taste but it works.
1 Blender
3 egg whites
1 egg with yolk
1/2 cup old fashion oats
dash cinnamon
Take all ingrediants blend together. take your pan spray it with canola or olive oil. pour in your batter and cook both side for 5 min tops and there you go you have a nice complex carb protein pancake. I usually put natural peanut butter on mine. but you can add sugar free syrup if you want. If you want to add an extra boost of protein just add a scoop of your favorite whey protein.
