Blackened Dijon Chicken (220 Calories)

What is Blackend seasoning? I haven't heard or seen it before...is it readily available in any grocery store?

It's a spice blend usually consisting of salt, chili pepper, red pepper, paprika, onion and garlic. I know that McCormick makes some, and that brand is usually available at most stores. If you can't find it, there are several recipes online to help you make your own.
