How do you log Workout Videos from home

I have a couple of Dvd's and I don't know how to log them as exercise can anyone tell me how to do this

    Do you have a heart rate monitor? Easiest way...

    Before I got my fitbit I logged them as aerobics and depending on how much running/jumping involved called them high or low impact.

    i do the Jillian Michaels ones and i do them by circuit training.

    General Aerobics, Circuit Training, Walking, or Yoga (depending on the video you are talking about).

    Heart Rate Monitor and add them in becasue they generally aren't in the database

    Just create an exercise under the My Exercises tab and name it after the workout you completed. A heart rate monitor will give you the calorie burn.
