I weigh around 245-250 right now and i want to lose about 100 lbs as well all together my main goal at the moment is to get back to the size i was before i had my daughter which is 220. I have back problems so sometimes its hard to exercise but i know i need to do this for that reason and to keep myself healthy. feel free to add me looking for new friends0

hey there. I also have PCOS so I know the struggle. I also have about 80 lbs to loose. I just joined this site about 2 days ago. Feel free to add me. Are you on any meds for the PCOS? I take metformin and the pill and it has worked wonders...it helped me loose 40 lbs 3 years ago then I went off the meds and gained it back. More support the better! Good luck!!

I have PCOs too, I have been struggling with my weight for quite a while now. It would be great to connect with others who have this condition too! please feel free to add me as a friend and we can support each other! I have 65 pounds to lose in order to reach my goal weight. I am trying really hard this time because my ultimate goal is to make myself healthier so that I can try to get pregnant for my first time without any of the complications attributed to being overweight.0

I'm working on losing 50 lbs by the end of the year. Getting fired up and into the routine is the hard part for me. I work at night and sleep until 2 pm. I've lost 7 so far, but I've steadied out. Doing my best to stay under my calories, and trying to be more active. Today I took a 5 mile bike ride but it was cut short by a broken bike, That I bought yesterday...0

Haven't weighed myself in a while (vacation and been non-stop with life have made me forget in the morning lol) but I'm guessing I have around 50 to 60 to lose. I love supporting people on this journey, as do I love having it!0

I'm back on the wagon after a brief stint off. I'd like to lose 50 (lost it before until 37 decided to sneaky back on, damn sneaky pounds! Shame on them!!) But I'm back and ready to roll. I just had a friend say to me y don't u just go & have that surgery done that makes u thin& itll be easier.. &u know what that did to me..?? beside hurt&insulted.. I just went&*ate.. thinking idc after I had my fit I went&walked.. for 1/2hr came back&had jello goal is 10lbs this month&im not having a very good start..0
