After almost 6 months of being on MFP, I have reached the very top end of having a healthy BMI. I think I still need to lose another 10 or 15 pounds though. i am 5'0" and 129 pounds. Here are a few pics of my progress......

    copy the picture url
    past here
    the beginning of the link put img in between [ ]
    end of link put /img between [ ]

    I got started on my weight loss journey because I had to begin using insulin - I am happy to report - I don't have to take any medications at all anymore!
