Clarkindee - Months where I have had high step counts I would typically start my day by watching a show while on my treadmill, listening to my dog when she says we need to go for a walk, marching anytime I stop (and no one is watching) and even marching while reading emails and being on MFP. Needless to say I have not been doing any of that these past few months0 -

I go to bed early and get up early so I have time to take the dogs for a long walk before I have to dress to places

I have averaged 105,000 - 110,000 steps a week since December 2013! I aim for no less than 15K a day! Where there is a will, there is a way!!! For days I dont feel like walking or hiking a mountain, I do zumba and that helps with my stpes. Anyone that rides a harley, you need to take off what tracks your steps! I can ride for a hour and get 7000 steps! SO TAKE IT OFF if you ride!!0

I am really proud of the progress I've made on my first week doing this! However, last night when I got home from my evening walk, my legs and feet were killing me! I have good shoes (or it would likely be worse). I finished the night soaking my feet in a tub of warm water and Epsom salts. I don't think my body knows what I'm doing with it. LOL0 -
