Hey all, so I joined MFP few years but never really took it seriously. But now I'm turning a new leaf and ready to get down and dirty with this stuff. I'm mostly using it just for the calorie counting and as a way to hold myself accountable. I'm currently doing a P90X/Insanity Hybrid, which is fun stuff. I'm looking to make some like minded friends on here just to keep other going. I'm working out alone, and it's tough on those lazy days to "push play."

Hello and welcome, you seem to be doing a pretty good job already.
Just be carefull though, too much of anything can be harmful don't over do it.

Yeah, I am back again too. :blushing:
I keep starting, do GREAT and then for one reason or another I leave ....
I have learned that if I don't log daily, that I really suck at this "being healthy" thing.
I am not making any promises, but I think I will be around for a while! :laugh:0 -
I feel like I'm in a similar situation. I'm doing DVDs as my daily exercise by myself. It can be tough to stay motivated!

I'm back as well. I joined a couple of times and quit. I also never had friends here either to help motivate me. It's so nice to meet new people doing the same thing and facing the same challenges. I'm here for the long run!!! Nice to meet everyone!!0
