How do you log your weight training?

I'm starting doing Chalean Extreme. How do I log this? I don't really plan on eating back my calories but I would like to be able to track my workouts somehow.

    I think the best method for something like that is to purchase a heart rate monitor so you can see the actual calorie burn. It's so completely different for every person, so it's hard to get an accurate calorie burn if you enter it as circuit training or something like that
