oatmeal pancakes - just 3 Main ingredients!

So a friend asked me to try this and I love it! For breakfast today I whipped up 6 egg whites, 1/2 C raw oatmeal and 1/2 cup chopped peaches. I added 1 tsp of flax oil to get my omega 3 in...and cooked them like pancakes! Delicious!
Add any fruit, I tried my friends who cooked hers with banana and a pinch of ground flaxseed, yum!!
Tomorrow I am going to try blueberries! :wink:
