    I'm still far from my goal but even I have noticed the changes on my face :happy:

    First pic was taken earlier this year I was around 220 lbs that time 2nd pic is taken recently (194 lbs). My starting weight when I discovered MFP is 210 lbs.

    LOL! The very first place I gain or lose is in the face. A mere 5 pound gain makes my face look super puffy, well before you'd even notice a change in my body. It's not a good look for me. :grumble:

    This was mine at about 35 lbs lost. I've lost 15+ since then, but my face hasn't changed all that much more.

    Suuuuuper nervous to be posting this. Trying to be brave. Obviously I still have a long way to go. 4 month progress pic (3/23 to 7/27). Didn't have a scale at the start; I'm estimating it's a 45 pound loss so far. 22.6 pounds lost since 5/25.

    I believe I had lost around 75 or 80lbs in the after pic - it was my 1 year "anniversary".

    You look great too! The only thing lacking is a smile, but I understand being grim at first, unsure if you'll succeed, and then later wanting the same expression in your pic for consistency & comparison.

    I didnt know you could see a difference in my face! left bigger pic is sw of 314lbs after having baby #4, this was in june 2013, top pic is february 2014 after about 15-20lbs gone and last is yesterday at 276lbs

    My face generally doesn't change. It seems to be only my mid-section where I gain so no point posting a face pic!
