Blended 2 small bananas, 8 strawberries, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 8 ounces milk, and about 2 cups of ice.
Yum! Made 3 servings. The flavor reminds me of Nestles Strawberry Quik, but way better.

Sugar Free Homemade Peanut Butter Cups! (Stole my cousins recipe)
Made it up at the cottage and LOVED them. Here's the recipe :
Ingredients
3 tbsps coconut oil
1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsps cocoa powder
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsps peanut butter
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
Melt coconut oil in the microwave. Mix in butter (you may need to stick the mixture in the microwave if the butter doesn't melt completely).
Mix in cocoa powder, hemp hearts and chia seeds in that order. Leave the mixture so that the chia seeds can soak up the liquid.
Mix in peanut butter and honey if you prefer something a little sweeter.
Line a muffin tin with muffin cups and pour in mixture. This recipe makes 6 large cups or 12 small cups.
Put in the freezer to set for about 1-2 hours.
Enjoy!0 -

Oh, I want to try this! Where do you find hemp hearts?0 -
I think Bulk Barn, Costco or any health food store would have them. But, I'm not sure where you live so I would look it up just in case.0

Someone was telling me that halved dried apricots with soft goat cheese and almond was good. I was out of all that and tried it with 3 halved prunes, ricotta fresca and almond slivers. Sounds gross, but it was actually pretty tasty. I forgot that she also added a drop of honey on each, but it was still good without it.
