    My before isn't a very good pic, but you can tell I was a little soft and squishy in places. I am 40 yrs old, have had 2 kids and lost about 20 lbs doing a mixture of cardio, weight training and logging my food intake.

    Thank you! I have a lower stomach that is pudge and it's making me crazy! I've had it my whole life so I am wondering if it will ever go away!

    Well I would love to show you a shirtless before pic but like most overweight people I had the uncanny ability of never being topless around a camera...which is difficult in this age of smart phones, you could say I had developed uncanny fat ninja skills.

    I have provided a couple of before snaps anyway, with indicators just in-case you happen to be blind.
