How can I make my plain protein powder tasty?

It's Progressive Harmonized Protein, and it's kinda...gross without flavouring. How can I make it tastier when adding to smoothies? I don't add sugar or anything to smoothies, and it's kind of tiresome slamming back my daily smoothie because the protein tastes bad. Any ideas?

I would buy another protein powder next time LOL. What kind of smoothies do you make currently? Maybe try putting some Stevia in it to help.

One tablespoon of cocoa powder adds ten calories -- very nice.
If you like coffee, make coffee the night before and add it cool to your smoothie.

You could add vanilla or almond or coconut extract. Add at least some artificial sweetener if you're not going to sweeten your smoothie with any real sugar from fruit/honey/agave/nut butters/etc. If you add cocoa powder as someone else suggested, you're going to need to sweeten your smoothie somehow or it will be very bitter.

Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, ... You get the idea ;) I can only have vegan protein. Soy, rice or pea protein usually don't taste good, rice being the worst. So I have gotten very creative. You can use stevia to sweeten, but berries usually do the trick and they're super healthy. You can use frozen ones too.
