Tried this before but life got in the way. I was athletic and played a lot of sports. Then I got off track with working 2 full time jobs, kids etc.. No more excuses. I'm on day 5 of my health kick. Working out, 4 times a week and eating much better. I'm not trying to win any contests. Just be fit for work and family. I'm 44 and work as a firefighter paramedic and need to be in shape. i need to lose 30 pounds.
