5'4 and 190. I carry most of my weight in my stomach but a size 16 fits me pretty good.0

I'm 5'4 and weigh about 120, and I'm usually about a 2, and a 3 in juniors sizes0
-
Okay I'm 5'4 and 126 lb currently but I'm a size 8 in jeans. What the heck?! Thunder thighs haha. Tips on trimming down these bad boys??0

I'm 152.5lbs at 5'4" and wearing (in places that aren't too vanity-sized, I could probably manage an 8 at Old Navy lol!) a 9/10.0
-
I'm 5'3" (5'4" on a good day ). 191 lbs and wear a size 14 or 16 depending on the brand. When I was 97 lbs, I wore a 0/1 (petite but curvy).0

I'm 5'4" and 123 lbs. I wear a size 4/6.0

5'4'', 124, size 6/8. Having worked in a clothing consignment store, I can tell you--size number means NOTHING. Personally I've got hips I'll never lose. What matters is not pants size--what matters is dressing in what feels good and fits YOU. I can squeeze into a 4. I choose not to.0

5'3.5" 120 lbs size 2/4. I can fit into smaller but not my awesome thighs and booty. Jean sizes are stupid though, it really depends on the brand. I'd wear pajama pants all day, if that were acceptable lol1
-
5'5"- I'm 159.3 lbs and wear a size 10 pants, some size 8 dresses.
I've never really been smaller that 150 lbs in my adult life so I'm not sure where I'll fall either. At 150 lbs I was a size 8/10 in pants.
Goal is 135 lbs and a 4/6 in pants.0 -
5'3, 125.5, and a size 4 in jeans (xs small in tops)...I'm a little thicker on the bottom. I managed to fit into a size 2 jeans at Old Navy the other day. I was able to get them on and buttoned...just not zipped!0

I'm 5'4.5 right now at about 200 wearing size 18, when I was 160 I wore 11's n when I was 140 I wore size 10. I have larger hips n thighs.0

Let's see. I track sizes by old navy/gap using old navy sweetheart jeans
204lbs - size 14
185lbs - size 12
172lbs - size 10 - medium tops
158lbs - size 8 - medium tops
At 150 i tried on a size small jacket. It fit but it is tight. I can fit into most size 8s I've tried on & am wearing a size medium yoga pants.0 -

I'm 5'4" and currently 157 and a size 8/10. Trying to get down to 130 by Thanksgiving0
-
5'4" here, 135/size 6. They're getting big, so hoping I'm in a 4 soon! 125 is my goal.0
-
178 lbs, size 12 or 10 if stretchy. Should be bigger for what I weigh but I guess I'm compact lol. Wish I was like an 8, think 6 would be too small for my frame.
Edit: 5'4.50 -
First post, just started using MFP 2 weeks ago and am enjoying taking control of my eating habits. I'm another 5'4" gal, currently 157 lb and size 10 (can *squeeze* into some of my old 8s).
Loved all the data in this thread, but thought it could use being put in a graph with a trend line so that we could all make a bit more sense of it! Hope you all like it

Great graph. Thanks for that. I'm a data junkie. For me the line is less straight. When I was 240 a couple of years ago (Size 18-20), I read somewhere that 10lbs equal a size, but it took me to 200 to get to 16s and then I stayed there all the way through my 190 plateau months and not until the low 180s did I get into a 14 (tight). A bit of a thunder-thigh myself and lose the weight faster on the top end so that might make a difference. But I'm hoping I'm at the 10lb per size now because at 172 the 14s are too big and I'm in a 12 for the first time in ... (I don't remember when).0

When I was 200lb I was a size 14, now that I'm at 149 I'm a size 8-10.0
-
5'4" I weighed in at 127.4 this morning and I wear an American size 6. I'm a pear.0
-
Im 5"4 and 216.4lbs and in a uk size 18-20 (no idea what that is in US sizes) depending on where i buy from and the style of the item0
-
I'm 5'4 ; 173lbs and wear an American size 8 or 10. Note I do more weight lifting than cardio now, prior size 10 I was about 165lbs.0

I've noticed that every 10 pounds lost is one pants size (for me and it looks like your numbers show the same). I have a lot of muscle, so for me (at 5'4) 140= size 4, 150=size 6, 160=size 8, etc. I'm trying to get back to a size 6.
My goal is a size 6. I am currently in a mix of 8's and 10's. Hoping in the next 15-20lbs I make my goal!0 -
I'm 5'3.5" and 170lbs wearing a size 13-14 comfortably. My highest weight of 227 was not enough room in size 20.
I need more muscle and less fat.0 -
It will vary a lot depending on body shape, body fat, muscle etc. 150 lbs of fat vs. 150 lbs of muscle will obviously look very different.
Personally, I am 5'3'' and currently 120lbs. I have a small waist and carry most of my weight in my hips/booty (pear-shaped). I am usually a size 4, although brand sizes run so differently that I can wear anything from a 00-6 depending on the store. I wear a lot of European brands, in which I have to go up to a 6-8 ... for a store like Banana Republic, I wear a 2(petite!) in pants, and I can squeeze myself into a 00-0 for skirts, depending on the cut (ie. not pencil).0 -
I am 5'4
151lbs or a little less
I wear a 7/8 currently. God knows how many variations of sizes US clothes stores carry.0
