TDEE and Calories Burned?

Hey guys, quick question about TDEE and working out:
I've set my TDEE for 3 workouts a week and have a deficit going of 20% (I'm a really large lady). My question is how many calories should I be attempting to burn per workout?
I work out 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Each of those days, I do a 20 min cardio workout, a seated upper body workout, a seated leg workout and then I also swim for at least 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hours.
What sort of calories should I be looking to burn on each of the 3 days?

i'm doing TDEE method and from what i noticed, the formula seems to assume that my calorie burns are around 300 calories for each workout.
you can do the simple math yourself for your numbers, just plug in what your TDEE would be without the workout, subtract that that from what it is with the workout and you have the calorie burn assumption. easy peasy0 -
