I present to you the entire contents of my food consumption from yesterday. I'm starting the habit of snapping a pic, because a) food is pretty and b) I'd forget what I ate otherwise.
1. Breakfast: Eggs benedict with hash browns (Avo and bacon tucked in there somewhere)
2. Snack #1
3. Lunch:Salmon, veggie stirfry in coconut oil, more avocado
4. Snack 2: Berries and cream w. honey
5. Spagetti and homemade meatballs! Garlic bread not pictured.

last nights dinner... salmon with spinach, grape tomatoes, potatoes and capers seasoned with lemon juice and garlic. super easy (and delicious) meal for one with minimal prep or clean up!!! i just wrapped up what you see in the foil and cooked for 25 mins. omnomnom

Cauliflower pizza crust with onion, tomato, green bell pepper, olives and cheese on top
White beans / chickpeas, tuna, yogurt, tomato, bell pepper and lettuce

some people are going to hate me for posting these but i had to share because they were awesome. i made samoa rice krispies treats over the weekend. for anyone unfamiliar with samoas they are a girl scout cookie made with shortbread, caramel, toasted coconut, and chocolate - but i replaced the shortbread with a brown butter rice krispies treat.

These last two pages were amazing
Basmati rice with tzatiki and sriracha, BBQ chicken breat, and brocolli with melted cheese!
Rice again (did I mention I could live off of rice?), but with dill/lemon salmon and asparagus
GF bread with ham, pickles, lettuce, mustard. Sides of avocado, mushrooms and tomatoes with Helluva Good dip.
I made a turkey on Saturday!
So badly wanted pizza. Improvised and made pizza bread!

Not the most healthiest of meals I have ever made but it was within my calorie goal and I still managed to lose 3lb that week.... Mixed Grill with Fries...Breast of Chicken, Pork Chop, Pork Liver, Bacon, Beef Sausages with Cracked Black Pepper, Slice of Rump Steak, fried Mushrooms and Onions and fries with gravy made from the meat juices.... delicious
