Ugly delicious. Gluten Free pasta and cauliflower with a spicy meat sauce. Tomato mushrooms, onion, zucchini, spinach and garlic with loads of cayenne.1 -

I just had this for dinner-about 406 cals
3/4 cup frozen unsweetened cherries (Costco or Sams Club)
1 tablespoon jif peanut butter (any)
2 tablespoons chia seeds (Costco or Sams Club)
1 scoop Lean Shake 25-mixed berry (GNC meal replacement powder)
1 Cup cold water
Pop in a blender and wala!

not exactly the healthiest of food, but his was for my birthday. xD panfried chinese buns! dipped in pork stew sauce usually.
chicken avocado grilled sandwich! i switched out the sourdough for a wholemeal bread.
my absolute favorite breakfast. PB&J sandwich!
barbeque at a friend's place. this was my friend's plate, but mine was like this, except two patties without the buns, salad sans dressing, and mash sans sauce. also had caramelized onions which were amazing!
1 whole egg, 2 egg white mushroom tomato scramble, with 5 steamed shumai's and a crushed potato with bbq sauce.
Deconstruced tortilla wrap (cause my homemade tortilla fell apart), with stir fried carrot and mushrooms, with onion and raw alfalfa sprouts. Drizzled with coriander salad dressing!
i love skinnytaste wholewheat pancakes! had them with blueberries and honey!
Getting bored of chicken, so decided to bake a filet of dory today, crusted in herbs and chili powder. Eaten with boiled baby carrots and watermelon!

White beans/peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (50 cal each).
I'm experimenting with food, because I had to eliminate flour (it makes me sick).
Surprisingly, they taste really good, although they are way too sweet because I was afraid of the beans and I added too much honey (50g, next time I will put 20g).0 -
