Ok I just made 2 amazing things today.
Breakfast was what I call "Elvis Muffins"
Peanut Butter, banana, bacon, honey, and oats. holy crap so good!

just topped it off with bacon and honey :] best muffin I ever made. each came out to about 187 calories.
Dinner was just as good;
sweet and sour chicken with veg and brown rice

tweaked it a tad with some pineapple, but it ended up coming at around 600 calories.

Spatchcocked chicken barbecued with love.
The full plate, with cheddar rice and waxed beans.
Buffalo chicken baked taquitos with homegrown veggies salad and some ranch dressing.
Gratinéed zucchini stuffed with italian sausage and tomato sauce, buttered pasta, salad.
Caramelized parsnip purée with bacon, duck magret sauce grand veneur with blueberries. With a glass of my favorite Bourgogne red wine, Chanson Givry. Not a great picture, but a fantastic meal.
Arroz con polo.
Chipotle and honey grilled salmon, buttered quinoa, organic nachos with avocado-corn-mango salsa.
