well i have somehwere between 130-140 pounds of LBM so my goal weight is significantly higher than what's going to be on a chart. but since my goal is 20% body fat, the weight range is 156-168. ultimate goal is size 6 so i think for me that's going to be around 1600

I'm similar, carrying a bit more lean mass than a goal of 120-125lb would ever allow. I ain't destroying any of this muscle for the scale to say a "certain" number.
I'm 5'6", currently at ~146/147lbs and 25% BF. I'm going for a BF % goal as well. I'm sporting around 110 lbs of LBM presently, so my goal will likely be around the 140lb range (ultimate goal of 135lb for a 18%BF, just to see I can get there, then bulk back to 140-145lb for a sustainable level).0 -
I have no idea what my LBM is (I have a lot of questions for my doctor at the next physical), but right now my ticker is set for 125 as well. Since I only became an "adult" last year, I can safely say I have never been that low in my adult life. In fact the last time I remember that weight is from around when I hit puberty, so at 150 there will be some reassessing going on.0

Roughly 165 and 22-24% body fat. I am about 5'5. Also on the higher lean body mass end with around 125 pound of LBM.0

I'm heading for 124 & 18%.
I think when I get closer though it will start bouncing around a bit juggling weight with BF till it settles where I'm happy0 -
well I started at 252lb and I would like to get to 152lb but im taking it a stone at a time and seeing how I feel0

Mine's probably higher than most: 170. I kinda have a lot of muscle, and I don't really carry weight in my stomach, so I think I'll look decent at that weight. If I'm not satisfied, maybe 165 at the very least. I can't imagine myself being 120-140!0

Once I get down to 9st 5lb my "comfort zone" will be 9st 7lb, i.e. I'm hoping to overshoot my actual goal weight by 2lb to give me some confidence to start working on muscle.0 -
i'm 5'7" and i think my ultimate goal is 160lbs. my doctor doesn't want me below 150lbs and i remember feeling pretty good around 160-170, so i might reassess when i get to 170 (i'm a LONG way off from that and don't know if i'll ever get there - but i'm staying positive!).0

I used to be 5ft 7" but I have shrunk to 5ft 6" (probably due to being so heavy for so long that & possibly my age. I really miss that extra inch. A lady in the supermarket the other day saw me struggling to reach for something on the top shelf & kindly got it for me & I thought "that used to be me" Anyway as I have a long way to go & I have set myself a goal of 165lbs & will then re-assess.0

Im 5ft 5 and im currently 148lbs but think I will be comfier at 135-140lbs I have had 3 children but I have good lean body mass and I think 20% is around 135lbs its taken me ages to lose my 2 stone and im getting there slowly but I want to retain my lean muscle so slowly slowly and when im happy I will maintain and focus more on muscle and drop cardio more0

Working to get to 140lbs eventually. I've always been curvy or heavy in my life, and I don't think I really want to bust myself down to 130. Ideally I'd like to stay around 150lbs, but since I've lost and gained before I want to give myself 10lbs of wiggle room, just in case.

I'm 5'6" and currently hovering between 145 and 146. For years my "happy weight" has been 135, but honestly, I started lifting heavy weights a few months ago and now I don't really care (as long as the number doesn't creep upwards. Its the most freeing thing: I'm working on getting stronger, and eating enough protein. Barely any deficit, I feel great, and self-confidence is much improved. In a few months I'd like to get body fat tested and target that, but for now, I just want to get stronger and lose a few inches!0

My highest was 284 (that I recorded), and my lowest was 155. I had a baby almost 2 years ago, and I would love to get to 140 as an ultimate goal weight.0 -

Right now, My goal is to get under 200lbs.(199)
but the ultimate goal range is 165-1700 -
Ideally, I want to get around 160 and then reassess. Originally when I started, I was obsessed with getting to 140. It would be nice to get there, but I think for the way my body is built 140-150 would be the best. Here's to drinking that water and stuffing my face with lots of protein!0

I'm around 125 right now, but not a lot of it is muscle. So I'm looking to up my LBM and lower my body fat by a bit. Nothing crazy. The actual weight itself is fine.0

I started out at 218 and have a similar goal, right around 160. Not sure that would be a size 6 put the scale reading is where I want to be. Now that I'm in my 60's I'm worried about ending up a wrinkly and boney old lady. Want to retain some softness.0 -

Somewhere around 145. I'm pretty big boned with higher than average lean body mass, any lower than that and I would have cut into my muscles.0
