Right now, My goal is to get under 200lbs.(199)
but the ultimate goal range is 165-1700 -
Ideally, I want to get around 160 and then reassess. Originally when I started, I was obsessed with getting to 140. It would be nice to get there, but I think for the way my body is built 140-150 would be the best. Here's to drinking that water and stuffing my face with lots of protein!0

I'm around 125 right now, but not a lot of it is muscle. So I'm looking to up my LBM and lower my body fat by a bit. Nothing crazy. The actual weight itself is fine.0

Of course 5'6" and currently 144
Really I'm only shooting for 140
Perhaps that is because I lift heavy weights and going for lean/fit rather than skinny/light?0 -
SW 360.2
CW 280.2
GW 160 Will reevaluate my goals when I get here. I want more of a look than a number.0 -
well i have somehwere between 130-140 pounds of LBM so my goal weight is significantly higher than what's going to be on a chart. but since my goal is 20% body fat, the weight range is 156-168. ultimate goal is size 6 so i think for me that's going to be around 160
I started out at 218 and have a similar goal, right around 160. Not sure that would be a size 6 put the scale reading is where I want to be. Now that I'm in my 60's I'm worried about ending up a wrinkly and boney old lady. Want to retain some softness.0 -

I'm 5'6 and currently 146 lbs. I would ideally like to be what I was a year ago- 124.0

Somewhere around 145. I'm pretty big boned with higher than average lean body mass, any lower than that and I would have cut into my muscles.0

I started almost two years ago at 148 and made my goal weight 135...I eventually got down to 125 after 5 months, and maintained that until recently. For some reason, I've been up 5 pounds since March, and it's getting incredibly frustrating, since I'm doing what I've done the past two years, and was able to maintain 125 for more than a year. ARGH! I don't know if it's hormones or what, but I'd really like to get back down to 125 and stay there:)0

I suppose it depends what your frame size is as mine is tiny and I'm carrying waaaay too much.
If your frame is bigger a lower weight will just make you look emaciated!! Also really want to hang onto as much muscle as possible so we'll see how it turns out :bigsmile:0 -
I was 154lbs pre pregnancy, and a UK size 10/12 (US 6/8) and wanted to get to maybe 150lbs but mainly wanted to firm up my belly and thighs. I'll be happy to get back to the size I was.0

Anywhere between 130 and 145, most likely on the higher end of that range0

I'm 5'6" and a size 7/8
SW:165 lbs
CW:152lbs
GW: 135-140
Goal also is 5/6 jeans0 -
hello I am 5' 6"
(actually, I just learned that I am 5' 6 1/2" and I am thrilled! LOL
I am 43 years old, my SW was 166 (lost down to almost my goal, then gained back to 155, so my current starting weight is 155)
CW is 149 and my goal weight is 120-125. right now, I am a size 4 to 6, depending on the brand of clothes. I have a size 7 shorts that I wear, and a size 4, and they both fit the same.

I'm looking for 160lb, cw 170.
I've not been lower than 157, I struggle with any less than that.0 -
SW: 165
CW: 148
GW - don't really care at this point, I just want to get stronger & fit. My old GW was between 140-145.
I've been sustaining 148 for about 3 months and liking how I feel. I don't want to have to starve myself to get to a number that I can't sustain and be social. I've added weight lifting and I play field hockey, so don't want to become a twiglet (actually it's not doable for my body). I would like to lower my body fat. If I stay the same weight, but lose body fat then I will be happy.0 -
I'm at 155 now. My goal is likely 10-15 more pounds or whatever it takes to lose my stomach fat. If I woke up tomorrow at the same weight but no tummy I'd switch to maintenance pronto.0
