B Vitamin Complex? I feel a "boost" when I make sure to take my Multivitamin. Other than that, start lifting weights. I've seen a huge improvement since I started lifting and actually working the program (calorie deficit, eating naturally-occurring foods, cutting back on alcohol and sugar).0

The problem: "urgent!!"
There are no shortcuts and no miracle pills. You need good knowledge about what actually works (and doesn't work), diligence, and patience.0 -
I've found that daily sets of Table Pushbacks work the best for me.0

For me personally frequent application of Zumba, weight lifting, and lowered calories seems to be the magic bullet.0

Hmm, I'm thinking Shakeology is exactly what you're looking for! Would you happen to be selling it?0 -
Kegels 100 times a day.0

thank you everyone, but i need somthing to help me///
You don't NEED a fat burner, they're mostly junk. The only real active ingredient in those that does anything is caffeine, which you can get through a cup of coffee or large green tea. If you're not reaching your goals, then your nutrition is not on-point and there's no other way around that.0 -
I've got some awesome fat burning peals. They're so great, and they are all natural. Just send me your pay pal info and I will hook it up.0

Sorry mama, no magic pill. I've thought about buying a pill or finding some sort of supplement to help. However, I know diet and exercise just works. If you're hangry, you're probably not eating enough or drinking enough water. Surprisingly losing weight consist of a *kitten*-ton of eating (can I say that? ) Quite personally i'm not mad at it at all.. :laugh:0

Hear, hear! Still wet myself (4 years later) occasionally when running or squatting
OP, "hanger" sounds like you're likely eating at too low of a calorie goal (hmm, 2lbs/week loss goal? 1200?). If that's the case, a 0.5-1lb/week goal is likely more appropriate (and satisfying/sustainable).
"Fat burner/weight loss" pills kill people. Yep, they sure do, and nobody keeps off weight with them. It's a lose/lose proposition. Unless one feel like gambling with their cardiovascular health (and life).0 -
