watermelon, cheeries, bananas and peanut butter on one slice of white bread , coffee with milk..:drinker: sweet n low and 3 tablespoons of whiskey , but I'm so gonna try some chocolate covered potato chips.0

jalapeno double cheeseburger from McDonald's. they are little and yummyish. kinda yummy at least. or chocolate. oh yeah. chocolate balls:drinker:0

Mine is 1 tablespoon of all natural Skippy smooth peanut butter with honey. It's also a major help with the hunger pangs.0

Daily it's my large iced coffee two sugars and cream.
Occasionally it's banana bread, chocolate chips, covered in ganache.0 -
My treat is Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches. I try to just eat 1/2 so I can have one almost every day when they are on sale.0

I have a free day once a week where I can have a meal of whatever and however much I want I usually get pizza and wings oh yea French fries :-)0

I'm learning that having "treats" is unnecessary. I'll just have what I want, but maybe not as often and not as much as before. Definitely growing a better relationship with food.0

Love the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Put them in your freezer and count them out when you want them. Yum!0
