Top 5 Low-Cal/Healthy Ingredients

Options
The journey has been a challenging but fun one so far. The wife and I have lost 47 so far (collectively)! I've been challenged by making low-cal substitutions.

I thought if we all list our top 5 low-cal/healthy ingredients or snacks that have helped us most on our journey, we can all learn a little something.

I'll begin:
1) Greek Yogurt
2) Zucchini Pasta
3) Olive Oil Spray
4) Air Popped Popcorn
5) PB2

I don't really like substitutions so I'm just gonna list foods I buy and eat the most.

    1.) Tomatoes
    2.) All fruits
    3.) Eggs
    4.) Rice
    5.) Soy/almond milk
