I have a free day once a week where I can have a meal of whatever and however much I want I usually get pizza and wings oh yea French fries :-)0

Sugar Free Gummy Bears from CVS. CVS store brand. O carbs, O fat and 210 cals in the whole bag. (Not the Haribu ones. I've horrid things about those).0

I'm learning that having "treats" is unnecessary. I'll just have what I want, but maybe not as often and not as much as before. Definitely growing a better relationship with food.0

Love the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Put them in your freezer and count them out when you want them. Yum!0
