Not the most healthiest of meals I have ever made but it was within my calorie goal and I still managed to lose 3lb that week.... Mixed Grill with Fries...Breast of Chicken, Pork Chop, Pork Liver, Bacon, Beef Sausages with Cracked Black Pepper, Slice of Rump Steak, fried Mushrooms and Onions and fries with gravy made from the meat juices.... delicious

My meals today:
Breakfast - 1/2 a potato, egg and cheddar cheese breakfast burrito with tomatillo salsa.
Lunch - A chicken salad, no dressing. The thing was huge, so I brought half of it home and my Dad had it for dinner.
Dinner - Turkey wrapped around asparagus, green onion and red bell pepper with melted provolone, red bell pepper sticks. For dessert, plain Greek yogurt with vanilla, honey and fresh raspberries.

If you mean my roll ups, there's no recipe. Just rolled a slice of roasted turkey breast from the deli around a spear of raw asparagus, raw green onion and raw red bell pepper topped it with cheese and microwaved it for 30 seconds to melt the cheese. It was my "it's been a long day and I don't want to cook" meal. LOL0 -
