Back at it...Again

Hi Everyone,

I was on MFP for about 2 years, then I realized I was almost TOO obsessed with calories/macros so I decided to take a step back and took about 8 months off from tracking, which I think was great for me. I was able to maintain my weight, and even drop some body fat %, so I can definitely do the intuitive eating. However I have some goals fitness wise and bodyfat % wise that I want to meet, and realized in order to do that I need to get back to tracking what I eat. Since I was gone for 8 months, understandably a lot of my previous friends removed me from their friends list or themselves have not been active, so therefore I'm looking to gain some new friends! (and old ones...if you remember me at all)

A little bit about me: I'm a competitive endurance runner, and super involved in this fitness program called camp gladiator (think american ninja warrior and american gladiator meet type thing). I like to eat, I actually REALLY like to eat, and I love to see my body gain muscles and the changes it makes with losing bodyfat. I'm currently set to compete in the finals of cggames in Texas in September, which is an invite only event for the top 50 males and top 50 females in the country, its an amazing opportunity and I'm ecstatic to even have qualified. I'm 25, I follow more of a if it fits your macros type approach and eat no less than 1800 calories a day. I don't believe in quick fixes or starvation diets, just hard work, exercise and weight training. I like the look of muscles and I think its attractive for females to have muscles as well, not just stick thin with no shape.

Ultimately if I sound like someone you'll get along with, feel free to add me, but be warned, I will delete people, especially for drama, inappropriate comments and people who starve themselves.

  • Welcome back! Your post inspires me...looking forward to following your progress!
  • I am also part of the camp gladiator community in Texas! I have about 3months in the program and I am obsessed with it. I like how motivating your story is and I also believe that women look great with muscle.
