7 Day Calorie Burn Challenge!!

If any of you have been part of my past challenges you'll notice I'm going to do things differently this time. Instead of putting up a number that's unattainable for some I've decided we all put up our own number.Please make it something you'll have a tough time reaching otherwise it's really not a challenge now is it?The formats the same so good luck & be safe!!
The challenge starts january 19th & ends January 25th. Here's the format I'd like to see used::
My Weekly Goal: 10000 calories

Wed:-540 calories burned (3 hours of softball)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)
Mon: calories burned(how they were burned)
Tues:calories burned(how they were burned)
Total:
Left To Go

I'm in!! I finally can get back to the gym tonight so I think I can really do it this time (I've said this in the past :P).

OK, I'm in too (a bit of a late starter tho). I missed Wednesday, and it's already Thursday afternoon here in Australia. So I'll just start with what I did this morning. OK?

Day one: I finally made it to the gym after almost two weeks! It was packed & I couldn't use 'my' machine from the start...but at least I got some exercise in!!
My Weekly Goal: 6000 calories
Wed: 368 calories burned (22min walk, 20min elliptical)

Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)

For me I'm usually able to burn more than 10000 calories because I live in florida and can go on long bike rides! This week though I tweaked my hamstring playing softball so we'll see....GOOD LUCK!!0 -

I see, that's awesome and sounds like tons of fun! I live in Michigan and it's pretty hard to exercise outside in the winter without dying because of the slippery ice and the cold! But I'll hit the gym and hopefully get to my goal. I guess I also have some unrecorded exercise since I walk to get around campus.0 -

Well I just found out I'm going on a road trip so this week's challenge is going to be tough.Hopefully I can get back monday & really hit it hard for 2 days!! 100000 probably out if reach but whatever I do is better than not doing anything.Keep burning peeps!!0
