Calories in whole wheat roll?

I ate a whole wheat roll at lunch today, but I don't know the brand or even how many grams it was!
It was about half the size if my fist. Any idea of the calorie count?

  Look at the upside, Bluecat--a whole-wheat roll at least has fiber.
