I recently am trying low carb from eating 250+++ carbs a day to about 70-80 carbs a day. My question is: today i had 100 carbs am i still considered eating low carb even if its not as low. Ugh I'm so oblivious to all this

If you're eating significally less carbs than before, it would be considered low carb. A gradual reduction of carbs is the best approach. Just remember to replace the carbs with fats instead. There are many low carb approaches, from keto to paleo/primal. I would research each option and then go with what you think is best. I personally am on a keto approach to low carb, and I love it. It's so much fun to try out new recipes.0
