I like pop chips, I also have these coco lite multigrain pop cakes. They are only 4g of carbs a piece.

Rice cakes are low in calorie, flavored or plain with a little bit of PB :] (if not real PB, then buy PB2 which is a powder form and a lot less calories)

    Fruit and veggies with hummus!

    Air popped popcorn

    Nuts

    Rice cakes

All good options. I also go for oatmeal sometimes as a snack honestly. Smoothies. Greek yogurt.

I snack on bean salad, which I make almost every day fresh. I boil up dry beans of whatever kind (white navy beans are very quick), add chopped raw sweet onion, tomato, lemon juice, and maybe a smidgen of good blue cheese (Not more than 1 Tablespoon because it's loaded with calories and salt, but a tiny bit flavors the whole dish.) You could vary this however you like, but beans are just so good at making you feel full.
