    Um... I... didn't?

    I mean, yeah, of course I have real-life answers to that, but I really don't want to divulge how I pretty much ended up being responsible for the warrant for my former boss' arrest after he skipped the border to Mexico with $2,500 he stole from other employees. Not exactly a good outcome.

    - Explain a situation where there was a conflict between you and a coworker where you could have handled the outcome better.
    (I never have an answer for this because I report every SERIOUS conflict to my supervisor because that's what I was taught to do. I explained that as an answer to the question once, and the interviewer was actually irritated I had never gotten in someone's face on the job. What?!)

    There isn't one. This is one of those where they want to see what kind of person you are:

    Do you lie/adapt to please your sup,
    or
    Do you tell the honest truth and own up?

    Generally, honesty is the best policy always.

    Give an example of customer service where you truly could not assist the person needing help, and how could you have handled that situation better?

    - I gave an example of how a person called me wanting personal information, and state regulations kept me from divulging that information. I said that the person on the phone was irritated with me, and I said I could have handled it by explaining the regulation instead of just saying "I can't give that information." I made up the whole thing, but it worked. I got the job.
