One month result!

I started MFP after I had already been working for a while. I weighed myself back in June and was about 208, but I was down to about 200-202 in the left pic. What do you think?

ETA: This is mostly from weight training 3-4 times a week and cardio 2-3 times a week. So don't let anyone tell you weight training isn't worth it! I didn't believe them two years ago but I do now.
And thanks all!0 -

I'm 5'4" for those who were wondering.
Mostly I've been doing Les Mills Body Pump classes 3-4 times a week on average, and upping my weight as I go. I get bored easily with weights so it helps to have a class to go to with instruction! I highly recommend it.
I've also been doing PiYo, which is great for strength as well.0
