What do you think of Great Fat Loss Pill?

I respect Steve Turano from AskARealExpert on youtube. Now we all know that most pills are hoaxes, but let's talk specifically about this product. It's supposed to help speed up the fat loss process, when accompanied (like anything else) with diet and exercise.
That pill is called Great Fat Loss Pill. It contains 3 major ingredients. Caffeine- to help speed the metabolism, Willowbark- Curbs appetite when combined with caffeine, and Phosphatidylserine- helps to lower cortisol levels
Now of course, like he says, this doesn't let you eat pizza smothered with pork chops all day long, but it's supposed to help you with energy metabolism, appetite, and help lower your cortisol levels.
How effective do you think this pill would be when combined with the right diet and proper exercise? Would it help to facilitate the process or would it just be a placebo effect?

Found a better way to lose fat. Just got this notice on FB:
"Health Warning! Do NOT shampoo in the shower
DO NOT wash your hair in the shower!!
It´s so good to finally get a health warning that is useful!!!
IT INVOLVES THE SHAMPOO WHEN IT RUNS DOWN YOUR BODY WHEN YOU SHOWER WITH
IT. WARNING TO US ALL!!! Shampoo Warning!
I don´t know WHY I didn´t figure this out sooner! I use shampoo in the
shower! When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and
printed very clearly on the shampoo label this warning; "FOR EXTRA BODY
AND VOLUME."
No wonder I have been gaining weight!
Well! I got rid of that shampoo and I am going to start showering with
Dawn Dishwashing Soap. Its label reads, "DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE
DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."
This new method will work just as well as a Great Fat Loss Pill. (When accompanied with diet and exercise, of course.)0 -
Waste of money.
Nothing beats a good old calorie deficit and exercise.
I dunno if this is true or not, but I heard MyFitnessPal is free. Probably doesn't work though, cause we all know you have to spend money on supplements to lose weight. Free stuff can't possibly work. Plus I don't get a free squeegee and cleaning solution if I order now.0 -

Guys this isn't supposed to cause you to magically lose fat, it's supposed to help facilitate the process when you're already doing the right thing.
If you're already doing the right thing, why complicate it?0 -
You eat the pills. I'll eat the pizza and pork chops.0

Because he wants faster results with less effort. Basically..

That's not true at all. And the pill wasn't all about for me, it was about showing it to others as well. If it could somehow help you control hunger (like drinking water) than it would just be a supplement. I'm not trying to look for a quick fix and I love working out. I just wanted to have a discussion about this product and what the ingredients did, that's all.
So this is something you'd do for the rest of your life? I don't see this as a supplement. Protein powder and benefiber is a supplement. Some weight loss pill is not.
The difference? One actually functions to help you meet your macros and micros for a healthy diet. At any point you could go off those things and be just fine. Weight loss pills try to give you caffeine rushes in an attempt to make you move more while promising to still hunger for a few hours. If you go off these things, there is a good chance that you'll gain it back because you didn't take the time to teach yourself to handle your hunger and recognize the differences between actual hunger and bored type hunger that can drive you to eat even when you know you aren't hungry.0 -
I think

Willow bark- contains a chemical called salicin that is similar to aspirin. Salicin has been known to cause kidney damage. Mild side effects are occurrences of nausea, vomiting, rash, dizziness and breathing problems.
Phosphatidylserine- a chemical the body can make, but we can get from cabbage or soy. Phosphatidylserine supplements are made from cow brains.
No thank you.0 -

If you want caffeine, just drink a few cups of coffee.
If long term aspirin is going to be of benifits to you ( you are middle aged or diabetic or have family history - or some other increased cardiovascular risk) then take 1 slow release aspirin per day. Many people do this with medical approval.
Your body regulates cortisol itself, (unless you have Addispns disease or similar - in which case you need to be under medical supervision) there is no reason or advantage to interfering with this.
Can't see any reason for any of these ingredients to help with weight loss - and I bet the doses in this pill aren't actually enough to do anything anyway - in other words pill is probably purely placebo effect.0 -

I'm NOT a vegetarian, but I wouldn't consume cow brains. Mmmm, nothing like Mad Cow disease to accelerate weight loss (DISCLAIMER: I mean absolutely no offense to those stricken with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease).0 -
Lose weight by altering your food. Don't bother with diet pills...0
