Cocoa powder + Frozen bananas + Blender = Chocolate banana icecream.
Can you give quantities of these? I would love to try this but am not sure of the banana/cocoa powder ratio. Thanks!0 -

I made a dessert last weekend. 1 tub of fat free yogurt 500g mixed with 500g fat free creme fraise. Into that I mixed desolved sugar free strawverry jelly/jello and poured the mixture on top of 100g of bran flakes in a cheesecake tin. It set like a cheesecake and the flakes softened to make a really nice base. 100 calories per slice and it was yum. Nice with strawberries on top.0

I’m a big fan of using fresh fruit in quick desserts. It’s fast, easy, and impressive to whip up a batch of slightly sweetened biscuits and top them with fresh berries and a dollop of whipped cream.
Another easy treat that my kids love are Nutella Crescents. Just add a dollop of Nutella to your refrigerated crescent roll dough before rolling them up and baking.
Looking for something a little fancier that takes even less time?

I take a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich and toss it in the magic bullet with 50g of protein powder, 1 1/2 c almond milk and 1tsp of instant coffee and zip that sucker up. Then I ride my pet bald eagle Hank to Wal-Mart and buy ammunition for my Mossberg 12ga shotgun of freedom. 'MURICA.0

Low Calorie Protein Peaches – N – Cream Ice cream
Almond - Unsweetened Vanilla - Milk, 2 Cup
Peaches - Raw, 1 cup slices
Jillian Michaels - Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla Cream Shake 1 scoop
Heavy Cream - Heavy Cream, 2 Tsp
Pure Vanilla Extract, 2 Tsp
Splenda - Sweetener, 2 Tsp
Mix all ingredients except for peaches and put in ice-cream machine. I bought mine at Walmart for around $30. After about ½ the way through add in the peaches. I put my peaches in the blender and chopped them very fine. Delish! It made three good helpings which turned out to be 121 calories per serving. It could be under a 100 calories if you omitted the heavy cream. For those of you who need the extra protein, it was 7 grams per serving. Your welcome.0
