    Greek Yogurt

    Raisin Bran Crunch with whole milk (usually 2 servings at a time that stuff is addictive!!)

    Canteloupe/Honeydew/Pineapple fresh chopped fruit salad

    Soup (veggie, chicken noodle, tomato basil, miso, other clear brothed soups)

    I love the perfect portions chicken from perdue, so easy!
